১. ভূমিকা

Study রুম একটি শিক্ষামূলক MCQ ও মডেল টেস্ট অ্যাপ। এই নীতিতে বলা হয়েছে — অ্যাপ বা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের সময় আমরা কী কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কেন করি, কার সাথে শেয়ার করি এবং আপনি সেই তথ্যের উপর কী কী নিয়ন্ত্রণ রাখেন। অ্যাপটি ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

এখানে “আমরা”/“আমাদের” বলতে Study রুম অ্যাপের ডেভেলপার ও পরিচালনাকারীকে বোঝানো হয়েছে।

২. আমরা কী কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

২.১ আপনি নিজে যে তথ্য দেন

অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য (Google Sign-In): আপনি Google দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করলে আমরা আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে নাম, ইমেইল ঠিকানা, প্রোফাইল ছবির লিংক এবং একটি Google অ্যাকাউন্ট আইডি পাই। আপনার Google পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা কখনো দেখি না বা সংরক্ষণ করি না।
ইমেইল/পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে সাইন-আপ: আপনি চাইলে ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়েও অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পারেন। পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করা (hashed) অবস্থায় রাখা হয় — মূল পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা দেখতে পাই না।
পড়াশোনার পছন্দ: সাইন-আপের পর আপনি যে সেক্টর, গ্রুপ ও ব্যাচ নির্বাচন করেন — যাতে আপনার জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রশ্ন ও পরীক্ষা দেখানো যায়।
প্রোফাইল হালনাগাদ: আপনি প্রোফাইলে যে নাম, ফোন নম্বর বা ছবি নিজে পরিবর্তন করেন।
প্রশ্ন রিপোর্ট: কোনো প্রশ্নে ভুল পেলে আপনি যে রিপোর্ট ও মন্তব্য পাঠান।
যোগাযোগ ও রেটিং: আপনি “যোগাযোগ” ফর্মে বা অ্যাপ রেটিংয়ে যা লেখেন।

২.২ অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের সময় স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে যা সংগ্রহ হয়

পড়াশোনা ও পরীক্ষার কার্যক্রম: আপনার দেওয়া পরীক্ষার উত্তর, স্কোর, সঠিক/ভুলের হিসাব, ডেইলি ও উইকলি এক্সাম রেকর্ড, স্ট্রিক, “পড়া হয়েছে” চিহ্নিত প্রশ্ন, পছন্দের প্রশ্ন এবং পারফরম্যান্স অ্যানালিটিক্স। এগুলো আমাদের সার্ভারে (mcqbari.kiddocraze.com) আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত অবস্থায় থাকে।
ব্যবহারের পরিসংখ্যান (Firebase Analytics): কোন স্ক্রিনে কতক্ষণ ছিলেন, কোন ফিচার ব্যবহার করেছেন, অ্যাপ ওপেন ও সেশনের তথ্য, ডিভাইসের মডেল ও অপারেটিং সিস্টেম, অ্যাপ ভার্সন, ভাষা ও আনুমানিক অঞ্চল (দেশ পর্যায়ে), এবং Google-এর তৈরি একটি অ্যাপ ইনস্ট্যান্স আইডি। আপনার ইউজার আইডি এবং সেক্টর/ব্যাচের মতো প্রপার্টি এই রিপোর্টের সাথে যুক্ত থাকতে পারে।
ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট (Firebase Crashlytics): অ্যাপ বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে বা ত্রুটি ঘটলে ত্রুটির বিবরণ, স্ট্যাক ট্রেস, ডিভাইস মডেল, OS ভার্সন ও অ্যাপের অবস্থা — সমস্যা ঠিক করার জন্য।
পুশ নোটিফিকেশন টোকেন (Firebase Cloud Messaging): আপনার ডিভাইসে নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানোর জন্য Google-এর দেওয়া একটি ডিভাইস টোকেন।

২.৩ যা শুধু আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে

লগইন টোকেন ও লগইন অবস্থা — যাতে বারবার সাইন-ইন করতে না হয়।
প্রথমবার অ্যাপ খোলার ফ্ল্যাগ ও অ্যাপ সেটিংস (যেমন থিম)।
ছবি ও কনটেন্টের ক্যাশ — দ্রুত লোড হওয়ার জন্য।

এই তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে পাঠানো হয় না এবং লগআউট করলে বা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে মুছে যায়।

২.৪ যা আমরা সংগ্রহ করি না

৩. কেন এই তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়

আপনার জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রশ্ন, সিলেবাস ও পরীক্ষা দেখানো — সেক্টর, গ্রুপ, ব্যাচ
ফলাফল, রেজাল্ট আর্কাইভ, স্ট্রিক ও প্রোগ্রেস রিপোর্ট দেখানো — পরীক্ষার উত্তর ও স্কোর
লিডারবোর্ডে অবস্থান দেখানো — আপনার নাম ও স্কোর অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে দৃশ্যমান হতে পারে
পরীক্ষার রিমাইন্ডার ও ঘোষণা পাঠানো — FCM টোকেন
বাগ ঠিক করা ও অ্যাপের গতি উন্নত করা — ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট, ব্যবহারের পরিসংখ্যান
প্রশ্নের ভুল সংশোধন করা — আপনার পাঠানো রিপোর্ট
অপব্যবহার ও নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি ঠেকানো — অ্যাকাউন্ট ও লগ তথ্য

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কখনো বিক্রি করি না, ভাড়া দিই না, বা বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার কাছে হস্তান্তর করি না।

৪. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

অ্যাপটি চালাতে আমরা নিচের সেবাগুলো ব্যবহার করি। এরা নিজেদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে:

এছাড়া আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকলে (আদালতের আদেশ বা প্রযোজ্য আইন) আমরা তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে বাধ্য হতে পারি।

৫. বিজ্ঞাপন

এই সংস্করণে অ্যাপে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হয় না এবং কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেটওয়ার্কে অনুরোধ পাঠানো হয় না। ভবিষ্যতে বিজ্ঞাপন (যেমন Google AdMob) চালু করা হলে এই নীতিমালা আগেই হালনাগাদ করা হবে এবং বিজ্ঞাপন-সংক্রান্ত ডেটা সংগ্রহের বিবরণ এখানে যুক্ত করা হবে।

৬. অ্যাপের অনুমতি (Permissions)

ইন্টারনেট — প্রশ্ন, পরীক্ষা ও ফলাফল আদান-প্রদান
নোটিফিকেশন — পরীক্ষার রিমাইন্ডার ও ঘোষণা (আপনি চাইলে বন্ধ করতে পারেন)
ভাইব্রেশন — নোটিফিকেশনের সাথে কম্পন
ছবি/গ্যালারিতে সেভ — আপনি “ফলাফল সেভ” চাপলে রেজাল্ট কার্ডের ছবি গ্যালারিতে রাখা; অনুমতি শুধু তখনই চাওয়া হয়

ফলাফল শেয়ার করার সময় অ্যাপ শুধু আপনার ডিভাইসের শেয়ার মেনু খোলে; আপনি নিজে যেখানে পাঠাবেন, ছবিটি শুধু সেখানেই যায় — আমাদের কাছে আসে না।

৭. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয়

অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পড়াশোনার ডেটা — আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত।
অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করলে — মূল ডেটা সাথে সাথে সরিয়ে ফেলা হয় এবং ব্যাকআপসহ সব কপি সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে যায়।
ক্র্যাশ ও অ্যানালিটিক্স ডেটা — Google Firebase-এর নিজস্ব রিটেনশন সময় অনুযায়ী স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যায় (সাধারণত ৯০ দিন থেকে ১৪ মাস)।

৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলা

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সব ডেটা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন:

অ্যাপ থেকে: সেটিংস → অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করুন। নিশ্চিত করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, প্রোফাইল, পরীক্ষার রেকর্ড ও কার্যক্রমের ইতিহাস আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে মুছে যায়।
অ্যাপ ছাড়া: যে ইমেইল দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করেছেন সেখান থেকে studyroom.help@gmail.com ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন। এ ধরনের অনুরোধ আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করি।

মনে রাখবেন: মুছে ফেলা ফলাফল, স্ট্রিক ও প্রোগ্রেস আর ফিরে পাওয়া যায় না।

৯. নিরাপত্তা

অ্যাপ ও আমাদের সার্ভারের মধ্যে সব যোগাযোগ HTTPS/TLS দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা।
লগইনে টোকেন-ভিত্তিক পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার হয়; আপনার Google পাসওয়ার্ড আমাদের কাছে কখনো আসে না।
সার্ভারে ডেটায় প্রবেশাধিকার সীমিত ও নিয়ন্ত্রিত।

কোনো ইন্টারনেট সেবা সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ হতে পারে না, তবে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত ও যথাযথ সুরক্ষা বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

১০. আপনার অধিকার

আমরা আপনার সম্পর্কে যে তথ্য রাখি তা জানতে চাওয়া।
ভুল তথ্য সংশোধন করা (প্রোফাইল স্ক্রিন থেকে, বা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে)।
অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলা (৮ নম্বর দেখুন)।
ডিভাইস সেটিংস থেকে নোটিফিকেশন বন্ধ করা।
যেকোনো প্রশ্ন বা অভিযোগ নিয়ে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।

১১. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা

অ্যাপটি মাধ্যমিক, উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও ভর্তি পরীক্ষার শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য তৈরি এবং ১৩ বছর ও তদূর্ধ্ব ব্যবহারকারীদের উদ্দেশ্যে। আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের কাছ থেকে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। যদি জানতে পারি কোনো ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশু অভিভাবকের সম্মতি ছাড়া অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলেছে, আমরা সেই অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তার ডেটা মুছে ফেলব। অভিভাবকগণ studyroom.help @gmail.com ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

১২. নীতির পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপে বা এই পাতায় জানানো হবে এবং উপরের “সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ” তারিখ বদলে যাবে। হালনাগাদের পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে বুঝে নেওয়া হবে আপনি পরিবর্তিত নীতিতে সম্মত।

1. Introduction

Study রুম is an educational MCQ and model-test app for students. This policy explains what information the app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the control you have over it. It covers both the mobile app and our website at mcqbari.kiddocraze.com. By installing or using the app you agree to this policy.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to the developer and operator of the Study রুম app.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account information (Google Sign-In): when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture URL and a Google account identifier. We never see or store your Google password.
Account information (email and password): you may instead create an account with an email address and password. The password is stored hashed, so we cannot read it.
Study preferences: the sector, group and batch you select after sign-up, so we can show you relevant questions and exams.
Profile updates: any name, phone number or picture you change yourself in the profile screen.
Question reports: reports and comments you submit when you find a mistake in a question.
Feedback and ratings: any rating or written feedback you choose to send us from the app, and anything you write in the contact form.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Study and exam activity: your exam answers, scores, correct and incorrect counts, daily and weekly exam records, streaks, questions marked as read, favourite questions, and performance analytics. This is stored on our server (mcqbari.kiddocraze.com) and linked to your account.
Usage data (Firebase Analytics): screens viewed, features used, session and app-open events, device model and operating system, app version, language and approximate (country-level) region, and a Google-generated app instance ID. Your user ID and properties such as sector or batch may be associated with these reports.
Crash data (Firebase Crashlytics): error details, stack traces, device model, OS version and app state, used to diagnose and fix problems.
Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a Google-issued device token used to deliver notifications to your device.

2.3 Information stored only on your device

Login token and login state, so you do not have to sign in repeatedly.
First-run flag and app settings such as your theme choice.
Cached images and content, for faster loading.

This data is not sent to our servers and is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.

2.4 What we do not collect

Precise or GPS location
Contacts, SMS or call logs
Camera or microphone data
Any payment, bank or card details — the app takes no payments
Other files or photos on your device. We only save a result image when you ask us to (see section 6)

3. How we use this information

Create your account and keep you signed in — name, email, Google ID, login token
Show questions, syllabus and exams relevant to you — sector, group, batch
Show results, result archive, streaks and progress reports — exam answers and scores
Place you on leaderboards — your name and score may be visible to other users of the app
Send exam reminders and announcements — push notification token
Fix bugs and improve app performance — crash reports, usage data
Correct mistakes in questions and improve content — reports and feedback you submit
Prevent abuse and protect account security — account and log data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following services to run the app. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication — sign-in
Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
Firebase Analytics — usage statistics
Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
Our own server (mcqbari.kiddocraze.com) — questions, exams and your account data

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

5. Advertising

This version of the app shows no advertisements and makes no requests to any advertising network. If advertising (for example Google AdMob) is introduced in a future release, this policy will be updated beforehand to describe the data involved.

6. App permissions

Internet — fetching questions and exams, submitting your results
Notifications — exam reminders and announcements; you can turn these off at any time
Vibration — vibration alongside notifications
Save to photos / gallery — saving your result card image when you tap save. This is requested only at that moment

When you share a result, the app opens your device's own share sheet. The image goes only where you send it; it is not sent to us.

7. Data retention

Account and study data is kept while your account is active.
If you delete your account, primary data is removed immediately and all remaining copies, including backups, are erased within 90 days.
Crash and analytics data is deleted automatically according to Google Firebase's retention periods, typically between 90 days and 14 months.

8. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: open Settings → Delete account (shown as “অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করুন”). Once you confirm, your account, profile, exam records and activity history are deleted from our servers.
Without the app: email studyroom.help @gmail.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We complete such requests within 30 days.

Please note: deleted results, streaks and progress cannot be recovered.

9. Security

All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Sign-in uses token-based authentication rather than stored passwords; your Google password never reaches us.
Access to data on the server is restricted and controlled.

No internet service can be completely secure, but we commit to reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

10. Your rights

Access the information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information, from the profile screen or by contacting us.
Delete your account and data (see section 8).
Turn off notifications from your device settings.
Contact us with any question or complaint.

11. Children's privacy

The app is made for secondary, higher-secondary and admission-test students and is directed at users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, we will delete that account and its data. Parents and guardians may contact us at studyroom.help @gmail.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
