১. এই শর্তাবলি কার সাথে

এই শর্তাবলি আপনার এবং Study রুম অ্যাপের ডেভেলপার ও পরিচালনাকারীর (“আমরা”, “আমাদের”) মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি। অ্যাপটি একজন স্বতন্ত্র ডেভেলপার দ্বারা পরিচালিত। অ্যাপ বা mcqbari.kiddocraze.com ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। সম্মত না হলে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয় তা আলাদাভাবে গোপনীয়তা নীতি-তে বলা আছে, যা এই শর্তাবলির অংশ।

২. ব্যবহারের যোগ্যতা

• অ্যাপটি ১৩ বছর ও তদূর্ধ্ব ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য।
• আপনার বয়স ১৮ বছরের কম হলে অভিভাবকের অনুমতি নিয়ে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন।
• অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে।

৩. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট শুধু আপনার নিজের ব্যবহারের জন্য — লগইন তথ্য অন্য কারো সাথে ভাগ করবেন না।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে হওয়া সব কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
• অ্যাকাউন্টের অপব্যবহার বুঝতে পারলে দ্রুত আমাদের জানান।
• একজন ব্যক্তি একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে লিডারবোর্ড বা ফলাফল প্রভাবিত করার চেষ্টা করবেন না।
• আপনি যেকোনো সময় সেটিংস → অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। এটি স্থায়ী।

৪. অ্যাপের ব্যবহার

অ্যাপটি ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক শিক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহারের জন্য। আপনি নিচের কাজগুলো করতে পারবেন না:

• প্রশ্ন, উত্তর বা ব্যাখ্যা কপি করে নিজের নামে বা অন্য কোথাও বাণিজ্যিকভাবে প্রকাশ করা;
• স্বয়ংক্রিয় স্ক্রিপ্ট, বট বা স্ক্র্যাপার দিয়ে প্রশ্নভান্ডার সংগ্রহ করা;
• অ্যাপ বা সার্ভারের নিরাপত্তা ভাঙার চেষ্টা করা, রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং করা, বা API-তে অস্বাভাবিক পরিমাণ অনুরোধ পাঠানো;
• অন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে হয়রানি করা, বা রিপোর্ট/যোগাযোগ ফর্মে আপত্তিকর, অবৈধ বা বিভ্রান্তিকর বিষয়বস্তু পাঠানো;
• ফলাফল বা লিডারবোর্ড কারসাজি করা;
• বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইনবিরোধী কোনো কাজে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা।

৫. কনটেন্ট ও মেধাস্বত্ব

• অ্যাপের ডিজাইন, সফটওয়্যার, লোগো ও নিজস্বভাবে তৈরি ব্যাখ্যা আমাদের সম্পত্তি।
• বোর্ড ও ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নগুলো সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষা বোর্ড ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের; এগুলো শুধু শিক্ষামূলক ও রেফারেন্স উদ্দেশ্যে সংকলিত।
• অ্যাপের কিছু প্রশ্নভান্ডার উন্মুক্ত লাইসেন্সের (Creative Commons BY 4.0) অধীনে সংগৃহীত। এসব উৎসের কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার অ্যাট্রিবিউশন পাতায় দেওয়া আছে।
• Study রুম কোনো শিক্ষা বোর্ড, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যুক্ত বা তাদের দ্বারা অনুমোদিত নয়।

৬. আপনি যা পাঠান

প্রশ্ন রিপোর্ট, মন্তব্য বা যোগাযোগ বার্তা পাঠালে সেগুলো অ্যাপ উন্নত করা ও প্রশ্ন সংশোধনের কাজে ব্যবহারের অনুমতি আপনি আমাদের দিচ্ছেন। এতে কোনো ব্যক্তিগত বা গোপনীয় তথ্য দেবেন না।

৭. প্রশ্নের নির্ভুলতা সম্পর্কে সতর্কতা

আমরা প্রশ্ন ও উত্তর যাচাই করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোনো প্রশ্ন, উত্তর বা ব্যাখ্যা শতভাগ নির্ভুল — এমন নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না। মুদ্রণ, স্ক্যান বা সংকলনজনিত ভুল থাকতে পারে; কোনো প্রশ্নের একাধিক ব্যাখ্যাও থাকতে পারে।

• গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রস্তুতির ক্ষেত্রে মূল পাঠ্যবই ও বোর্ড/বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অফিসিয়াল উত্তরপত্রের সাথে মিলিয়ে নিন।
• ভুল পেলে অ্যাপের “ফ্ল্যাগ” অপশন থেকে রিপোর্ট করুন — আমরা যাচাই করে সংশোধন করি।
• অ্যাপে দেখানো ফলাফল, স্কোর বা র‍্যাংক শুধু আপনার নিজের অনুশীলনের সূচক; এগুলো কোনো প্রকৃত পরীক্ষার ফলাফল, ভর্তির যোগ্যতা বা ভবিষ্যৎ ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা নয়।

৮. সেবা প্রাপ্যতা ও পরিবর্তন

• অ্যাপটি বর্তমানে বিনামূল্যে ব্যবহারযোগ্য। ভবিষ্যতে কোনো অংশ অর্থের বিনিময়ে দেওয়া হলে তা আগেই জানানো হবে; আপনার সম্মতি ছাড়া কোনো টাকা নেওয়া হবে না।
• রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, আপডেট বা কারিগরি সমস্যার কারণে সেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে।
• আমরা যেকোনো ফিচার যোগ, পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
• ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ও ডেটা খরচ আপনার নিজের দায়িত্ব।

৯. কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

অ্যাপটি “যেমন আছে তেমন” (as is) ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। অ্যাপ সবসময় ত্রুটিমুক্ত, নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা আপনার নির্দিষ্ট প্রয়োজন পূরণ করবে — এমন কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি আমরা দিচ্ছি না।

১০. দায়সীমা

প্রযোজ্য আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা পরিণামমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না — এর মধ্যে পরীক্ষার ফলাফল, ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত, ডেটা হারানো বা সময়ের ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত। অ্যাপটি একটি সহায়ক অনুশীলন মাধ্যম; শিক্ষক, পাঠ্যবই বা অফিসিয়াল নির্দেশনার বিকল্প নয়।

১১. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল

এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন করলে, অ্যাপ বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা করলে আমরা কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট সতর্কতা ছাড়াই স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি। আপনিও যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।

১২. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপে বা এই পাতায় জানানো হবে এবং উপরের তারিখ বদলে যাবে। এরপরও অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে বুঝে নেওয়া হবে আপনি পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলিতে সম্মত।

১৩. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।

1. Who these terms are with

These terms form an agreement between you and the developer and operator of Study রুম (“we”, “our”). The app is run by an independent developer. By using the app or mcqbari.kiddocraze.com you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the app. How we handle your information is set out separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

The app is for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission. You must give accurate information when creating an account.

3. Your account

Your account is for your own use — do not share your login details. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not create multiple accounts to influence leaderboards or results. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; this is permanent.

4. Acceptable use

The app is for personal, non-commercial study. You may not: republish or commercially exploit questions, answers or explanations; harvest the question bank with scripts, bots or scrapers; attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer the app, or send abnormal volumes of API requests; harass other users or submit offensive, unlawful or misleading content through reports or the contact form; manipulate results or leaderboards; or use the app for anything unlawful under Bangladeshi law.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app's design, software, logo and our own written explanations belong to us. Board and admission examination questions belong to the respective education boards and universities and are compiled here for educational and reference purposes only. Some question sets are drawn from openly licensed sources under Creative Commons BY 4.0; those sources are credited on the attributions page. Study রুম is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any education board, university or government body.

6. What you submit

By sending question reports, comments or contact messages you allow us to use them to improve the app and correct questions. Please do not include personal or confidential information.

7. Accuracy of questions

We try to verify questions and answers, but we do not guarantee that any question, answer or explanation is completely accurate. Errors can arise in printing, scanning or compilation, and some questions have more than one defensible reading. For serious preparation, check against your textbooks and the official answer keys of the board or university. If you find a mistake, report it with the app's flag option and we will review and correct it. Scores and ranks shown in the app measure your own practice only; they are not real examination results, admission eligibility, or any guarantee of future performance.

8. Availability and changes

The app is currently free to use. If any part becomes paid in future, this will be announced in advance and nothing will be charged without your consent. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical problems, and we may add, change or discontinue features. Your internet connection and data costs are your own responsibility.

9. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We give no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including examination outcomes, admission decisions, lost data or lost time. The app is a study aid; it does not replace teachers, textbooks or official guidance.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account without notice if these terms are breached or if the app or other users are put at risk. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page and the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
